Cancel more than 48 hours ahead
Cancel 48+ hours before your scheduled pickup time and we'll refund 50% to your original payment method.
Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup and no-shows are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Change your pickup date or time
One reschedule allowed if requested 48+ hours before pickup, subject to availability. No rescheduling within 48 hours.
Don't show up for your reservation. Full charge applies.
If you don't pick up your trailer during your reserved window, the full rental fee charges to your account.
Move your pickup to another date free
Subject to availability. Reach out before your original pickup time to lock in a new date. No penalty, no hassle.

Your money back in three to five days
Refunds process to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank may take additional time depending on their processing schedule.
